One of the designs we get most questions about is the Hideous 3301. Possibly the most quirky and unusual design ever featured on a t-shirt, which due to popular demand, is also now available as wall art.\"\"
It is easy to see why. Some of the Hideous Tribe believe it is an ominous warning of the future, others believe it is a spiritually uplifting message. Members of the Flat Earth community have claimed it is evidence that Mr Hideous is part of their community. However, it could just as easily be dismissive of their claims. We know the peace sign is prominently displayed, as well as what appears to be at least one clock face, seemingly showing the time of 8.50. There is also a cat (or ghost) and a number of random words such as \"blessed\", \"flat\" and the possibly ominous \"don't watch\". It is little wonder that the 3301 is much debated.<\/p>

Cicada 3301<\/strong><\/h3>

Research into the 3301 has revealed there was previously an internet puzzle named Cicada 3301 which originated in 2012 and was apparently devised to recruit code breakers from the public.<\/p>

However, we are reliably informed from a source very close to Mr Hideous, that any relationship between the Hideous 3301 design and the Cicada 3301 puzzle is purely coincidental.<\/p>

Hideous Statement<\/strong><\/h3>

When we attempted to obtain further details, or meanings behind the design from Mr Hideous, we received the following statement:<\/p>

I Know - Time Flows - 8.50 - Time Up\"<\/em><\/p>

Unfortunately, this statement did not clarify any of the theories or meanings behind the design but rumours have been circulating for a while that a 3301 sequel could be on the way, which may provide more of the answers. In the meantime, all we can do is the same as everyone else, gaze at the Hideous 3301 in awe and try not to analyse it. Sometimes art just is.<\/p>
